Moon over Manitou

Moon over Manitou - Sculptor Dan Romano was all smiles Saturday as the Manitou Springs Arts Council presented him with a check for $1,000.

The check was the final payment in the MSAC’s purchase of Romano’s sculpture Man In Z Moon. The purchase was the first of its kind by the MSAC. Man In Z Moon stands in Shoshone Plaza and was originally installed as part of the MSAC’s Art on the Avenue project.
